Family Achievement Center is excited to be hosting its 7th annual Move to Your Own Groove All Abilities Race on Sunday, September 7th at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury, MN.
Move to Your Own Groove is an all abilities, inclusive, and fun walk, run and roll with three distances including 50 meters, 1K and 5K. All abilities are encouraged to join from walkers, wheelchairs to elite runners. This event is open to all and you don't have to be a current patient to participate. Strollers, walkers, wheelchairs and medically approved adaptive bikes are all allowed on the course.
